You may return most new and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Returned items for a full refund must be unworn and unwashed. If the item appears to have been worn or if the tags have been removed, it will not be eligible for return.

If your package is lost in transit or not delivered within 40 days of shipment, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund options where appropriate.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

You should expect your refund within 3 days of your return being received. 

Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
